Our staff is expected to fulfill the promises that we make to our customers:
~
Why shop at Fante’s?
Here are a few reasons:
~
We know kitchen products and can offer helpful advice on selecting which products will suit your needs. Most stores have only cashiers and stock clerks who know little or nothing about
their products.
~
We give you service during and after the sale, with helpful hints, “best buys,” and cheerful refunds or exchanges when you’re not totally satisfied with a product. Many other places don’t care enough to make sure you walk away happy, even when you only want a replacement or a question answered.
~
We treat our clients exactly the way that we want to be treated: with care and respect. Today, salespeople at many other stores care only about making a commission or getting by with the least possible effort.
~
So come do your shopping with us!
As with your grandparents before you, we’ll treat you like one of the family. And let us know what’s on your mind and how we can best assist you.
